MBJ: Enoble’s new owners now own company’s headquarters as well
The new owners of the factoring business of Enoble Business Capital have finalized their acquisition of the building that serves as Enoble’s headquarters.
Merchants Capital Real Estate LLC, which is owned by the principals of Vero Business Capital, has closed its acquisition of the building at 813 Ridge Lake Blvd. According to a deed filed with the Shelby County Register of Deeds, the acquisition was worth more than $9.5 million.
Vero Business Capital acquired the factoring business of Enoble in late July.
During an interview with MBJ after the acquisition, Mike Longo, and Jeff Presley, two of Vero’s principals, who also own City Gear, said once the acquisition of the building closed, the company would move its headquarters into the building.
When Enoble acquired and renovated the 52,000-square foot building in 2014, three of the four floors were renovated. Enoble invested $10 million in the renovations. The new owners would finish out the the remaining floor.
While Longo and Presley were eager to acquire the factoring business, acquiring the building presented a strong attraction as well.
