CA: Babalu construction in East Memphis to cost $500K The owners of Babalu Tacos & Tapas filed this week for a construction permit to put Memphis’ second Babalu in the new “6450” retail center in East Memphis. The document filed by Jackson, Mississippi-based Eat Here Brands estimates construction will cost $500,000.
