CCL Label, a Canadian-based packaging and label company that has a 111,000-square-foot building on Progress Road in Collierville, submitted a payment-in-lieu-of-taxes (PILOT) application in February for an expansion. The company presented its application to the Industrial Development Board (IDB) for the Town of Collierville on Feb. 25. On March 17, the IDB approved the eight-year PILOT in an 8-0 vote.
