MBJ: Work to begin on $90M Germantown development A $30 million permit for a dual-branded Hilton hotel has been pulled, signaling the start of a massive project in Germantown. The hotel project is part of the $90 million TraVure development from Gill Properties, which was approved in February. The hotel is being built by the Desai Hotel Group out of Jackson, Mississippi, and will be branded as a Hilton Garden Inn and a Home2 Suites by Hilton.
